Probably an error indicating that somebody (maybe you) has the file open
already. Try typing
fclose all
at the Matlab prompt and see if that helps. Other reasons might be: file
is corrupt, missing, or in a path that Matlab does not like (e.g.
containing white spaces, umlauts etc.)
