Hi,
I am using an estimation batch file that calls spm_fmri_spm_ui and spm_spm for the statistics. This batch file has been modified to fill our needs, but the only lines modified are simple ones such as how many sessions are involved, and session names, and such. I am using spm2 and the options that we are using are:
global_normalization = scaling
HighPassFilterSec = 128
convolve_model = hrf
SPM.xVi.form = 'none' (We do NOT use AR(1))
Theses are the normal parameters we use when permorming the estimation and results manually. However, the results we are receiving from the batch program appear more "sensative." The patters are the same, the hot spots are the same, but they are more intense that the manual method. Even some spots showing very slight differences in activation show up. We have studied the programs and looked throught the SPM archives, but we can't figure it out.
Does anyone know what's up?
