Hi Michel,

John has gracefully foreseen this request and has designed spm5 so that
it will output, as the result of a segmentation procedure, the
normalization parameters and the inverse normalization parameters for
your perusal :) As per his judgement, the normalization parameters
derived from the segmentation are better anyway than those from the good
old normalize button.
You will find them in the directory of the segmented file as
file_seg_inv_sn.mat; if you load this one, you will end up with a
variable pin which you can then apply to your mask with
spm_write_sn('your_image.img', pin). If you wanted to stick with the
normalization parameters you already have, Tasks-Util-Deformation will
help you to invert and apply those.
Best,
Marko
