Hi,
MRIcro and SPM use opposite conventions: MRIcro (like the scanner) shows
you the left of the patient on the right of the image, while SPM shows
you the left of the patient on the left of the image. It is not a
problem, just a different feature that you need to be aware of. The same
image will appear to have L-R flipped in MRIcro with respect to SPM. I
don't know about DicomWork, it might use the same convention as MRIcro.
Best,
Laura

Subject: [SPM] SPM5 left-right
Hi SPM-ers,
I'm back again with questions :)
The Questions:
after I converted my images with DICOM import button I tried to compare
between the converted images and the original DICOM images with MRIcro
and
DicomWorks (as seen in my attachment). I found the SPM's result had lef-
right problem.
Anyone knows how to cope these?
Thank you
best,
Dini
