Antonio,
You can use "ImCalc" feature to create a binary mask. Click on ImCalc
button and SPM will load the batch window, and select input image(tissue
probability maps stored in tpm folder) and assign a output file name. In
the "Expression" you can type i1>0.20 for 20% threshold. It'll create a
binary file after you run it. You can check double check if your binary
image is actually thresholded at the desired level by "Check Reg".
