Dear spmers,
I've tried to segment a set of brains with very large ventricles and, in some
of the cases, spm_segment results in a wrong tissue classification. I've tried
to modify defaults by reducing the regularization parameter to 0.001 but the
following message error appears:
??? Error using ==> schur
NaN or Inf prevents convergence.
Error in ==> C:\MATLAB6p5\toolbox\matlab\matfun\sqrtm.m
On line 32 ==> [Q, T] = schur(A); % T is real/complex according to A.
Error in ==> c:\spm2\spm_segment.m (get_p)
On line 551 ==> dst = (cor-ones(size(cor,1),1)*CP.mn(:,i)')/sqrtm
(CP.cv(:,:,i));
Error in ==> c:\spm2\spm_segment.m (run_segment)
On line 334 ==> [P,ll0] = get_p(cor,msk,s,sums,CP,bf);
Error in ==> c:\spm2\spm_segment.m
On line 106 ==> [CP,BP,SP] = run_segment(CP,BP,SP,VF,sums,x1,x2,x3);
Error in ==> E:\ESTUDIS\POCA\comun\bat_segmentacio_3ds.m
On line 52 ==> spm_segment(VA,VG,flags);
Any suggestion?
Many thanks
