Dear list members,
Could you help with a problem I have? I'm testing the use of SPM5 for
analysing some img files that were originally generated using LORETA from
EEG data. I have 15 subjects, and 2 conditions I want to compare for now.
I've successfully performed a paired t-test comparing the two conditions.
I now want to replicate this test but by instead using a 'full factorial'
design (with 2 factors: subject (15 levels) and condition (2 levels)),
just to make sure I'm using the software properly before I do a more
complex analysis. However, when I attempt to estimate this model, I get an
error message saying:
"Please check your data. There are no significant voxels. The globals are
plotted for diagnosis"
Surely if I'm running a within-subjects ANOVA with this design, I should
get the same results as for me t-test? Or am I making a basic error here?
Also, where are the globals plotted and how do I access them?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Best,
Chris
