Dear Jay,
You can find IBASPM information through SPM Extensions, or you can go directly to this web page: http://www.thomaskoenig.ch/Lester/ibaspm.htm
The BRAINBOW and IMAGIC are both software that are developed by NEURONIC S.A
I'm sending via Dropload information about it.
I hope this helps, anything else you need please don't hesitate in contact us.
Kind regards,
Lester.

Subject: [SPM] IBASPM
Hi,
I really like IBASPM, and would like for information on its usage.
1. What is the recommended gray matter segmentation threshold?
2. Which reference atlas is best?
3. Does IBASPM do a good job of segmenting the lentiform and thalamic
nuclei?
4. I like to look of the visualization samples - where can I get IMAGIC
and BRAINBOW?
Any other advice or information would be most welcome
Thanks................J
