Dear Experts,
I follow these steps in spm 2 to obtain an estimate of the event related hrf
in a single voxel for each subject (model with canonical hrf): 1) run a
t-contrast setting [1] for the regressor (event) of my interest and [0] for
the other regressors, 2) go to the voxel, 3) plot -> event related response
-> "select the regressor (event)of my interest" -> plot in terms of fitted
response and PSTH.
I know that: the red line rapresents the fitted response for the event of my
interest, the blue-gray line with errors bar rapresents the PSTH that is an
estimate of the event related hrf for the event of my interest, my PSTH is
made up 11 values because default windows lenght = 32, default time bin = 1
TR and my TR = 3 sec so 32/3 = about 11. Is this correct?
Can I think (for ease) each value as the averaged bold signal within a time
bin (in this case 3 sec) and the 1-st value related to the 1-st TR ... the
11-th value related to the 11-th TR?
Thank you.
