For all of our subjects we get the following output code, but poor
co-registration for just a few (see attached .pdf):

For those problem subjects, the above message and error happens regardless
of whether we reorient the anatomical and functional image origins to the AC
or whether we default to the center of the image for both data type. The
functional and anatomical were collected proximal to each other, so without
co-registration there's pretty good overlay of the images in "Check reg..".
It is only when co-registration is attempted that we see the problem.
Co-registration is occurring after slice correction and realignment, and
we've tried all coreg flag options in SPM2. I would note that after
co-registration only (func = target / anat = source), the origins are no
longer preserved in the source file. Same occurs with func as the source.
Any help or pointers would be most appreciated.
