Dear SPM experts£¬
I have account a error when I use SPM2 in a step of estimation as follows:
if I use the image afer smooth (swra*.img) with FWHM = 6 or 8 or 4 mm
Temporal non-sphericity (over voxels) : ...REML estimation
Warning: Divide by zero.
(Type "warning off MATLAB:divideByZero" to suppress this warning.)
> In D:\MATLAB6p5p1\toolbox\spm2\spm_spm.m at line 773
ReML Block - 1
??? Index exceeds matrix dimensions.
Error in ==> D:\MATLAB6p5p1\toolbox\spm2\spm_spm.m
On line 805 ==> [Vp,hp] = spm_reml(Cy(q,q),Xp,Qp);
??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback.
if I use the images before smoothing (i.e. wra*.img), the estimation can be completed sucessfully and no error occurs. But if I use the image afer smooth (swra*.img), this error occurs during the process of estimation.
I check this question and found Cy is NaN
I do not what's wrong with the "wra*.img" after smooth?
Best Regards.
