Yep.

I only implemented a crude solution that requires individual Matlab
sessions for each version: if you save the path information for spm2 and
for spm5 in different files (modified versions of pathdef.m) you can
then use a batch file to copy path2.m to pathdef.m and start Matlab.
Even if you overwrite it again for a new session it does not seem to
affect to original session, i.e. the first session will still run. I
think I mailed a batch script to that effect to the list a while ago.
