Hey all,
I've been using SPM2 for about 3 months now, and haven't had this problem
before. After DICOM import (using SPM's built-in toolbox) and slice timing
correction, I go to the realign step. I enter my number of subjects and
sessions, select the af* files for their respective sessions, choose
"Coregister and Reslice" and "Mean Image Only", and get the "Insufficient
Image Overlap" error.
This has never happened before, and on top of it, I've analyzed this dataset
successfully multiple times before with SPM2 without ever getting this
error. I've also tried Realign and Unwarp and got the same error.
The variable is probably this: we recently upgraded from Matlab 7 to 7.2
(and associated toolboxes). The only thing I can think this would affect is
the DICOM import, but I'm not sure what might be causing that change. It's
pretty much impossible for us to go back to Matlab 7 (licensing issues with
our institution), so does anyone have any suggestions/ideas?
Thanks so much,
Dylan
