The WFU_Pickatlas writes it's files in MNI space. The MNI template in
SPM is 91x109x91. If you have another image file in the desired
dimensions in MNI space, the pickatlas mask can be resliced to these
dimensions using the spm_reslice command:
P = {file_in_output_space,pickatlas_mask_name}; %filenames list
flags.mean = 0;
flags.hold = 0;
flags.which = 0;
flags.mask = 0;
spm_reslice(P,flags);

Subject: [SPM] Question on WFU_PickAtlas
Hi SPMers
I want to know How can we change the dimension of resulted mask in WFU's
PickAtlas ? (its result is a 91*109*91 mask by default)
i've tried to do this with SPM5: coregister-->Coreg:reslice-->
Imagedefining space (my desired image volume),Images to Reslice
(WFU_Pickatlas mask).
it produces a volume with my desired dimensions but all values are zero
.
regards
