if you are interested in the "signal" (in addition to the "signal-to-
noise" ratio) you may want to try the toolbox

Being a PET person, I am not completely sure what "PERCENT signal
change" refers to (what is 100%?), so MASCOI may not give you exactly
what you were looking for, but it may come close...
