Hi Yael,
are you using a batch script? If yes, this error might occur, because
you're calling it without calling either 'spm eeg' before, or because
you're using an 'clear all' in between.
The reason for calling 'spm eeg' is to initialize the global struct
variable 'defaults', which is used for storing important default
variables for SPM.
Could you also check, whether your previous question 'EEG-2cnd-level
design, Full-factorial problem' is related to this? :)
