I would suggest to report the sub-clusters as well, but to "tag" them as
sub-clusters in your report tables, e.g. in the following way:
Brain region t MNI Coordinates
x y z
Middle Temporal Gyrus 9.45 -52 -2 -16
x Temporal Pole of STG 8.49 -38 2 -20
x Superior Temporal Gyrus 6.47 -48 -8 -12
where the 'x' denotes a sub-cluster; you also might want to report how
sub-clusters were defined/determined (I think the default in SPM2 is
'clusters at least 8 mm apart' - but I am not sure so please crosscheck
this)

Subject: [SPM] Reporting clusters / subclusters
In the results section of SPM, large clusters (in bold) will often have
several smaller peaks of sub-clusters underneath them. What is the proper
way to report them? Do I just report the large (bold) cluster?
Thanks!
