Sorry to pester you, but I have another quick question about steps 9 & 10 in the longitudinal TBM recipe:
" 9) Use ImCalc, select the normalised GM, and the spatially normalised Jacobian determinants, and evaluate the following expression:
i1.*(i2-1)
10) Modulate this result by the volume changes from the spatial normalisation."
Could step 10 be eliminated by selecting the *modulated* GM image in step 9 as the second input for ImCalc? If not, how does one modulate an image that has already been written in "normalized" form? I thought doing something like spm_write_sn('modulate') would apply the warping and modulate, but I'm not sure how to only modulate.. is there an easy way?
