Hi John,
Darn, I thought I had actually contributed something! Seriously, I am just happy the updates are available. I see there are also some updates for the Deformations toolbox for the GLNXA64 architecture, which will be useful when I get ready to write a parallelized TBM script. We have loads of subjects to process and I am in the practice of writing wrappers around SPM functions to utilize a cluster of Linux machines to do the heavy lifting much more rapidly than one machine could.
Sorry if I got off on a tangent there, but I like to occasionally mention the grid computing stuff in case anyone else is interested.
Best wishes,
Matt.

I've just realised (as I was copying your files into the spm2_updates folder)
that there are already some updates avaliable for GLNXA64. I'd forgotten
about Steve Laken's work. Sorry about this.
All the best,
