Dear SPM experts,
I would just like to reiterate this problem, which seems to be consistent
and Kris and me are still looking for a solution. We are using SPM5 and
the latest updates with Matlab 7.10.183 on a linux machine.
I generated a mask image using SPM5 after displaying the results of a
contrast and saving the thresholded image. I checked the
orientation, origin, image dimensions and everything was compatible to the
contrast images and the implicit mask used by SPM.
Then I generated a factorial design (one-sample t test) on the second
level of an fMRI analysis and the above generated mask image as an
explicit mask.
The design matrix was generated properly.
Only when it came to estimation, the following error message appeared:
Any help is greatly appreciated !
Best,
Roland
