Hi Paul (and list),
I managed to compile SPM2 for the GLNXA64 architecture. I did this by
appropriately modifying the distributed Makefile, and then doing a make
in the main spm2 directory. Honestly, I think I guessed at what to do,
and got lucky.
I am not familiar with compiling things under Windows64, nor do I have a
machine of that type to play around with, so I'm afraid I don't know
exactly how to compile the spm2 binaries for that architecture.
I created a tarball of all the GLNXA64 modifications, and I will upload
it to the SPM authors if they would be willing to post it.
Failing that, I will gladly email the tarball to anyone off-list, but I
don't want to send it as an attachment to the whole list since it is a
fairly large file (~4 MB)
Best Regards,
Matt Senjem.
