Dear experts,
I model my data with informed basis set and I found the two derivatives
(time and dispersion) are very important to fit my data suggesting me that
in many voxels the bold response has not the canonical features.
I think to use a less constrained basis set as fourier set or gamma
functions to keep also this no-canonical bold response.
Is the choice correct?
If yes, when I use more complex models as fourier set or gamma functions can
I interpret the spm maps as activation maps or some confounds can be there
as the response onset or the response duration (as when I use the informed
basis set)?
Thank you.
