If you are doing FMRI, you may end up creating your
own template, specific to the kind of imaging you work with.
I have several kinds of images of rat brains, acquired from generous
colleagues, as well a version of SPM2 more specific to display
of rats. Are you using spm2, perchance?
If not, I suppose could convert my images to nifti format.
I have MR-T2 ( from brookhaven)
cryosections (from UCLA/brookhaven)
and templates I have created for PET FDG and FMT that are
somewhat limited because I haven't done many subjects yet.
