I'm trying to run an 2nd level analysis (one-sample t-test, 15
subjects) in SPM5 and get the following error message displayed in a
window during estimation:
>Please check your data
>There are no significant voxels
>The globals are plotted for diagnosis
I also get the following in the Matlab window which I think indicates
an error when trying to plot the globals.
>Running "Model estimation"

>SPM5: spm_spm (v$Rev: 541 $) 18:23:16 - 31/07/2006
>========================================================================

>Vectors must be the same lengths.

>Done.
I can calculate the t-statistic image using imCalc and get
t-statistics that would likely be significant given our ROI (-3.6 > T > + 3.7).
Can anyone explain why I can't estimate this in SPM5? Or a suggested
workaround that doesn't involve imcalc.
many thanks,
matt
