If the results from the previous study were saved as an image file, you can
start PickAtlas to specify the region to use as a mask. You can search the
archives (or just a web search) to locate and download the PickAtlas toolbox.
Just a note: If you're using Linux, after unpacking the PickAtlas tarfile
you will need to change the PickAtlas directory name to lowercase when
moving it to the SPM/toolbox directory. After starting SPM, you can then
access the PickAtlas from the toolbox menu. Calculate Results after the
PickAtlas has been started -- SPM will ask if you want to do an ROI
analysis immediately after you are asked if you want to mask the
image. Say 'no' to the mask, then 'yes' to doing an ROI analysis and
select the image file saved from the earlier study.
