Hi!
I have 4 different event types and I would like to compare the activation maps obtained by treating all
event types as the same, to treating them differently.
If I treat all events as the same, I get a single column in the design matrix, and can specify a single T
contrast. If I want to allow that different events respond differently, I will have 4 columns, and to test
for any effect I can specify an F contrast.
My question is how could I compare the results of these two strategies? One is one-sided and the
other two-sided, so I guess I couldnt convert the spmT(F) images into p value images and compare
them, or could I?
Thanks all spm gurus for any help!
