Hi Yajun,

There are actually two error messages, one hamrless and one not:
> Mapping files : Warning: Ignoring
> hdr.hist.orient field of "C:\Documents and Settings\JOB\My
> Documents\work\practice\hipp_data\Oct05
> \10x\biasCorrected\output_modal_scale\test_yajun\mx9_6hr_2207_hist.hdr"
This is for your information only, telling you exactly what it does: it
ignores a field :) See
www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind05&L=SPM&P=R551026&I=-3 for
more information.

This is a bit more tricky since spm2 complains that not all images going
into this analysis are the same. This refers to either size or
orientation. Are they all normalized? Are all mat-files where they
should be? If it works on another machine, did you copy everything ?
Best,
Marko
