Hi Everyone,
I was also wondering about how to get the Segment routine to do this
as well. Any suggestions?
I was thinking that another way arond this is to reslice the 2mm data
back to 1mm. There is a script for reslicing at (http://
www.sph.umich.edu/~nichols/JohnsGems5.html#Gem2) which I know works
well for reslicing the data to whatever resolution you want. You
just have to change the "vx" variable to the resolution you want in
mm. If Segment can't spit out the data in 1mm isotropic voxels, this
might be another way around it. But I think it shouldn't be too
difficult to get 1mm data after segmentation.
