Dear Todd,
The data Y are image files whose location on disk is stored in SPM.xX.VY.
The design matrix is in SPM.xX.X
The beta's are stored as images in the directory in which the model
is estimated eg. beta_?.img with ? indicating the regressor number
(you can look at these using the Display button)
The errors e are not stored, except temporarily to estimate the smoothness
(as far as I remember).
Type help spm_spm at the matlab prompt for more info. Also you could look
in the SPM manual (eg. chapter 18 for displaying images and looking at
voxel values).
