Hello, SPMers.
Any help would be appreciated for the following issue:
I have been analyzing 8 subjects of fMRI data in SPM5. For all of the
subjects , I set up individual analyses with the goal to forward the
contrast maps to second-level group analyses.
For one of the subjects, I get the following error at estimation:
Initialising parameters : ...done
...initialised
Plane 46/46 , block 3/3 : ...done
Temporal non-sphericity (over voxels) : ...REML estimation
ReML Block - 1
ReML Iteration : 1 ...NaN
Warning: Matrix is close to singular or badly scaled.
Results may be inaccurate. RCOND = -1.000000e+00.

??? Error using ==> svd
NaN or Inf prevents convergence.
??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback.
I am able to run all other subjects with no error. Also, I'm able to run
this particular subject in spm2. Any idea what the problem might be and if
there is a fix?
Thank you all!
