Dear SPM-ers,
An error occured when I tried to coregistration the structural and the
functional image using SPM5. Both of the two image is transverse single-
slice, and was acquired from the exact same anatomical position of the
brain. The error prompted:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Running "Coreg: Estimate"
??? Wrong number of dims (1).
??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
When I tried again using SPM2, the error prompted:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

So can you give me any suggestion? Is it possible for SPM5 to carry out
single-slice to single-slice coregistration and the succeeding fMRI
analysis? Thanks a lot!
