i tried spatialsmoothing in spatial domain with FWHM = n (mm), and in
frequency domain with cut-off frequency of x/n (x = size of a
dimension [mm]). while expecting the results should be similar, i
actually found quite inconsistent activation patterns in these two set
of data.
