Dear all,
I'm writing to ask for your help. My subjects underwent two fMRI sessions,P & O, which were in the same paradigm, but used different experimental conditions and well matched control tasks.
P O
Instruction Instruction
Fixation Fixation
Condition A Condition A
Condition B Condition B
In each session, I could get one sample t-test group effect of B>A without the impact of A's deactivation by explicit masking of B only contrast (B>fixation). My problem is that when it comes to the paired t-test of two sessions, i.e. P (B>A) vs. O(B>A), I could not get rid of the deactivation of A, because the con_*.img of B>A contrast in the individual analysis entered for the paired test were not masked. Could anyone here give me some hints?
Thanks a lot!
