Hi all,
I'm happy to announce the final release of SnPM3. A few new features
have crept in since SnPM3beta:
o Plugin for between subject ANOVA
This plugin generalizes the two-sample plug in, producing a
(nonparametric) F test to test for differences between 3 or more
groups.
o Plugin for within-subject ANOVA of difference/contrast data
This supports certain types of repeated measures data, those
where each subject's repeated measures are differences. The
classic example is Rik Henson's data in the "Repetition priming -
multiple subjects and contrasts" example in the SPM data web
page, where multiple basis functions are used to model the HRF.
o Revised plugin naming, using standard statistical naming instead
of SPM96-esque conventions
And, as introduced with SnPM3beta, all results are written to Analyze
image files instead of .mat files and cluster-defining thresholds can
be set before computation, allowing cluster size inference on large
datasets.

plugins, at [log in to unmask] .
We're now focusing our efforts on SPM5, and, at the risk of making
predictions, will have a SnPM5 beta before HBM this summer.
