Dear Alexander/Eric and Group.
I am confused with Volume table on page 175 of the SPM5 manual. The
columns of spatial parameter (X,Y,Z) repsent which atlas, Talairach Atlas
or MNI space?
Take the first row (x,y,z, -63,-24,15) for example, if it corresponds with
MNI space, it will located on Precentral Gyrus. And if it represent
Talairach Atlas it located on Superior Temporal Gyrus.
As every one konws that SPM take the MNI Brain as it standard template.
Then how to explain it?
Hope the two questions to be answered seperately.Thank you every much!
All the best
Homer
