I am making my first effort at using spm5 rather than spm2 for a VBM
analysis. I have successfully segmented my images, creating the "sn"
files. When I write the normalized images using the "sn" parameter file, I
have the old problem from spm2, where the cerebellum is truncated. In spm2
I had to change the default bounding box to "template" to get the larger
dimensions I needed. SPM5 appears to require that I enter the correct
dimensions myself. When I attempt to use the dimensions of the template
bounding box as defined in spm2, I get an error message:
"Incompatible x, y, z dimensions in input file" myfilename
and then a set of incompatible x, y, z dimensions.
I don't think I have the problem mentioned in an earlier posting that
attributed the problem to bad file unzipping, because I have no problem
with normalizing the data using the default bounding box dimensions.
What are the suitable dimensions?
Thanks.
