Hello SPMers,
I am trying to run an analysis where I screen my results and look at only
the results in areas indicated by a previous study.
I am having an issue with the imcalc function. I am taking a mask
generated from saving the results of a t test and making it binary. Then
I apply it to one of my images. When I try to run it along with the other
images in the study I get the following errors:
Please check that it is in the correct format.
----------------------------------------- 17:01:05 - 17/03/2006
??? Error using ==> spm_vol>subfunc1
Can't get volume information for 'C:\HDrive\auxiliary\Doemask.img'
Error in ==> spm_vol>subfunc2 at 51
V = subfunc1(P);

V = subfunc2(P);
Error in ==> spm_spm_ui at 1130
type = getfield(spm_vol(P{1,1}),'dim')*[0,0,0,1]';
??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback.
I am not sure where I am making my mistake here, but I thought maybe it is
related to the fact that the image is smoothed to which I am applying the
mask initially. Any help would be much appreciated!
