Dear Nicolas,
I see you are using revision 301.
There should be some patches on the SPM website
available from
http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/software/spm5/#Bugs
that will allow you to update to revision 456.
We did have a few ReML problems with earlier versions.
