Dear SPMers,
I am trying out the new SPM5 software on a simple task. Having pre-processed and modelled the fMRI data successfully at the single subject level, I then ran a one-sample t-test on the contrast images from each subject but got the following error at the beginning of the parameter estimation stage.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Running "fMRI model estimation"
SPM5: spm_spm (v$Rev: 301 $) 09:53:58 - 10/01/2006

Output images : ...initialised
Plane 1/46 , block 1/1 : ...read & mask data???
Improper index matrix reference.

Could the problem be that I specified implicit masking but no explicit masking.
Thanks for any help,
Shane
