Many thanks to all for taking the time to provide the helpful pointers
and resources. I can see that the office will be a software test bed
this week. Once we've settled on something, I'll be more than happy to
report back on what worked well and not so well.
It seems certain that MarsBar or SPM's SVC will be the method for
functional analysis, but the particular ROI tool will still need a bit
of testing. It was interesting to hear about Voxbo's original purpose
(lesion analysis), as this is another focus in our lab (i.e., ischemic
white matter lesions and cognition in the elderly).
Cheers,
Jeff
