In 1st level-
1. Is each image contrast received after computing the 1st level, an
average of the interpolated images in the time interval I have previously
specified?
2. Is there a way to do more sophisticated temporal matrixes, for example
specify wavelets in the 1st level as described in Kiebel&Friston, 2004b ?
3. Is the 1st level design not to be estimated? I'm asking this since there
is no SPM file created in 1st level , however according the SPM5 manual,
Kiebel&Friston paper and the version before update 456, it was possible to
make single subject inference from the 1st level.
2cnd level:
1. Full factor analysis: 4 factors- got a message that it can't run
this design.
2. Full factor with 2-factors-the design was run, but when estimated,
doesn't produce any parameters (betas, Res etc.).
3. When I go to results I get a message: model not estimated would
you like to estimate it now? I press yes. I define a contrast and get an
error:
??? Reference to non-existent field 'VResMS'.
Error in ==> spm_contrasts at 46
VHp = SPM.VResMS;
Error in ==> spm_getSPM at 430
SPM = spm_contrasts(SPM, unique([Ic, Im]));
Error in ==> spm_results_ui at 264
[SPM,xSPM] = spm_getSPM;
??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback.
4. When the design was two-sample t-test the estimation was fine.
thanks,
Yael
