This should have been sorted out with the latest update? Does it work
for you now? The channel overlay should now mark the voxels in which
they are located.

With the latest version, I put the 2nd level statistics in line with the
fMRI 2nd level models. In both M/EEG and fMRI modalities you use now the
same routines and you should be able to review designs.
