hi all
firstly may i thank those who responded to my request for info on how much
an experienced RN salary is.
my next quest is...
i have been asked to add a section for the drivers (LGV) handbook
on "driving and your health" i am planning to cover 'sitting comfortably',
getting in and out without damaging the knees etc
has anyone done anything like this before that i can nick/alter/adapt.
i guess that once they see the wonders i can create!!!! the company will
wish to use it for company car drivers too. i have already visited driver
ergonomics web site- which is mainly aimed at car drivers. i also
have "tommy the trucker" leaflet(from a pct the name of which escapes me!)
i would also like to put together a list of conditions which are sometimes
put on Med 3's which managers should be "aware of" or "refer to OH" in
relation to driving ....for example "arrythmias,AF, tachycardia" etc...i
would be grateful if anyone has anything like this too.
as always...(in anticipation of an inbox full of out of offices!)
many thanks
jacqui
