Dear David,
I am aware that this is for 'just the proposal'; however, the time is
still extremely limited.
At this short notice, and the unfortunate timing before the Christmas
holiday, as I'm sure you are aware, diaries tend to be booked up weeks
in advance.
I realise that this sounds extremely negative, I do find the proposal an
interesting concept, and I am just disappointed not to have adequate
time to formulate it properly.
Regards
Tracy

Tracey et Al,
please remember that you have this limited time to put together an
expression of interest, you are not required to put in a full tender,
just a proposed outline

Please remember this is not a "loan" as with any NHS Funding government
expects a return of 3.5% of capital on monies allocated for capital
projects, this applies to all NHS Funding.
Bill Gunnyeon was incorrect when he stated at conference this was a loan
it is not in the true sense of the word

David

Dear All,
I was present at the above workshop on Friday and would be interested in
any feedback.
Do you feel the timescales are unrealistic?
As a small OH dept in the NHS, and new to post, I find this proposal of
10 million pounds capital (not a loan, but with 3.5% interest) to be
split between 10 to 15 Trusts an exciting but confusing proposition.
The key words of collaboration and innovation are great, but to come up
with this in 10 working days is an enormous task.
Is anyone else in the same or similar position?
Many thanks
