I have been asked to attend a meeting in a couple of weeks time firstly to
do a talk on BBV's in the workplace, has anyone got a very short 15 minute
talk they would be willing to share?
Secondly they want me to answer questions on what information first aiders
should have about medication that other employees are on from the point
when they are treating someone should they be aware before hand of what
medication someone is on incase the first aid treatment that is being
giving would be classed as contrary to the medication (hope that makes
sense). Can anyone advise on this. My concern is other than them knowing
who is diabetic and on insulin then this information would be confidential
and any first aid sholdn't be contrary to any medication as first aiders
are only undertaking initial very minor treatment.
I apprechiate any advice.
Kind regards
Clare
