You should probably have a look at a new set of guidelines developed by
the BSi for the Disability Rights Commission, and launched yesterday.
Guide to Good Practice in Commissioning Accessible Websites
Publicly Available Specification PAS 78:2006
It is not a new standard but aims to ensure people use existing
standards appropriately, including the WAI Guidelines (WAI was involved
in the development of the PAS).

Subject: Library website brief
Bishopsgate Library is preparing to put together a brief for a new
library website.
Would anyone be prepared to send examples of a successful website brief
they have used?
With many thanks,
