I'm trying to get an overview of what everybody does in terms of library
security, particularly with regard to dealing with theft and vandalism.
We're experiencing increasing problems with theft and vandalism and I'm
looking for examples of good practice.
- What sort of security presence do you have in your building?
- Do you have any sort of access control?
- Do you use RFID?
- Have you got CCTV, if so how is it set up?
- Do you have restricted access collections? How do you manage them?
- What else do you do, e.g. awareness campaigns.
I will summarise any responses I receive.
