Hi Nickie,
You may wish to join our mailing list, lib-stats, set up for the purpose
of discussing e-metrics.
Here at Newcastle I've done quite a bit on this subject. We had a
mini-conference recently, and I did a practical session for UTSG in
Oxford just before Xmas.
I can let you have details if you reply of-line.
Send a mail to [log in to unmask] and I will add you to the list, or
help you to get started.
Regards.
Cliff.
