Hi Peter,
Indeed, step 2 has defined the background for all further analyses
based on it. If you rerun that you'll get what you want.
Alternatively it's easy enough on the command line to:
- If you told FEAT to cleanup first-level standard-sopace stats,
rerun featregapply on all first-level FEATs
- Use avwmerge on all 1st.feat/reg_standard/reg/highres images
- Use avwmaths with -Tmean to get the mean highres and then render
thresh stats from higher-level FEATs onto this.
