Dear FSL users,
we are using a clustered sparse sampling acquisition for auditory fMRI,
similar to the ISSS method by Schwarzbauer et al. 2005. Three volumes are
acquired in rapid (Tacq = 1 s) succession and then a long silent period (10
s) follows (but magnetization is kept in steady-state bz slice selective 90
degree pulse). In this sense we have a kind of 'ssymmetric' TR and the
suggestion as given in the FAQs can not be applied. Furthermore, a PET-lime
design is also not quite possible, since the volume scans within one
'cluster' are temporally correlated.
Any suggestions how to analyze such kind of data?
Best regards and many thanks,
Conny
